We have several different membership plans to suit a variety of needs.

Membership Details:
All new memberships are subject to a one-time admin fee of $25 aside from the one-day daily drop in. Monthly contracts begin on the date of purchase and can be cancelled anytime before the renewal date. For example, if you start your membership on the 10th of the month, you can cancel up until the 9th of the next month before being billed again. Members are able to switch plans at anytime.

To Get Started:
When you have decided on a membership, select the button below that corresponds to the plan you’d like to get started on. After we receive your payment, we will contact you via email with your access code to the Colab, and set up an orientation time to familiarize you with the space if you haven’t been already.

*Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you during the week, weekend requests will be acknowledged the next working day. Note that day-of drop-ins are not usually available – please enquire ahead of time for the date you are wanting.*

Permanent Desks

With a permanent desk, you’ll have a designated workspace to make your own for unlimited days per month. This plan comes with ten (10) monthly hours of meeting room time, and a 10% discount on any programming run through us. There are a limited amount of permanent desks available at Coastline Colab, and a damage deposit is required. Contact us to inquire.

Hot Desks

A hot desk is a flexible way to use our space. Bring your laptop and other equipment, and take it with you when you leave at the end of each day.

Drop-In

Need a desk for a day? Reach out to us to see if there’s space for you and so we can be there to let you in. No contract, just a daily fee.

Price: $20 CAD/day + GST

Purchase Drop-In

Want to purchase a 10-pack of drop ins to use at your leisure? This option expires one year from the date of purchase (or whenever you use up your days) and gives you access to 10 drop in days at the Colab.

Price: $180 CAD/per 10 days + GST

Colab 5

The Colab 5 is a flexible membership that allows members five (5) coworking days per month and a 10% discount on programming run through us.

Community Membership

The community membership is a great way for our friends, supporters and casual coworkers to spend some time at Coastline Colab. Your individual community membership entitles you to two (2) coworking day per month, two (2) hours of meeting room bookings, as well as a 50% discount on additional meeting room hours, and a 10% discount on programming and workshops.
