8-week Business Planning Program starting in May 2021

Coastline Colab now offers an eight-week, nine-session entrepreneurial business planning program developed for those who have a business idea or have just started their business and who are looking for the strategies and tactics to move their business idea forwards.

The Business Planning Fundamentals training series is designed to teach you the fundamentals of effective business planning, and will lead you to a strategic business plan at the end of the program. Throughout the program you will come to understand the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in a business context, from local to regional and global perspectives, how to properly assess and develop your new business idea to achieve results, how to identify target market needs and wants, and finally other business skills necessary in developing and launching your business.

The program consists of 40 hours of COVID-friendly on-line instruction streamed live over eight weeks through Coastline Colab, or from the convenience of your own home, starting Saturday, May 22.

The program includes a very generous start-up coaching package of ten 1-on-1 sessions with a private business coach! This is an incredible offer to not only learn how to put your business plan together, but to also receive invaluable launch-coaching tailored to the specific needs of your personal business.

The program kicks off with a Saturday session on May 22 from 9:30 am-2:00 pm, and continues with seven weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30 pm, plus one more Saturday session on June 19 (10:00 am-1:30 pm). The course ends on Wednesday, July 7.

Session 1: Saturday, May 22, 9:30 am-2:00 pm
Sessions 2 – 8: Wednesdays from May 26 to July 7, 5:30-8:30 pm, plus Saturday June 19, 10:00 am-1:30 pm

The Instructor

Business Planning Fundamentals is taught by Brian Hawkins (www.brianphawkins.com) – a US-based entrepreneur, start-up coach, and branding and social media expert, with more than 20 years of experience teaching entrepreneurship and innovation in both urban and rural contexts, nationally as well as internationally.
