Spring Activator, a global incubator and accelerator that empowers entrepreneurs and entrepreneur ecosystem organizations, has launched the Launch Challenge, a newly-established $10,000 grant fund to help entrepreneurs and business owners in various communities in British Columbia and the Yukon to invest in launching a new business, product, or service, or in launching an existing product or service in a new market.
We’re excited to announce that Coastline Colab has partnered with Spring to offer the Launch Challenge to Powell River! What does this mean?
We have opted in to provide our business community access to educational content through the Business Resilience Program, known here as Resilient Powell River, allowing registrants to work through 50+ self-paced masterclasses including an incubation series that will help you create a launch plan to compete for a chance to win $10,000.
You’ll have access to:
- Comprehensive Masterclasses covering different areas of planning, launching, and growing a business including digital marketing, managing expenses, sales, leadership, and many more
- Bi-weekly live Masterclasses + Q&A sessions
- One-on-one Entrepreneur in Residence support calls for participants
- Access to the Community Hub, an online community platform connecting businesses with local resources and with economic development and partner members
To be part of the Launch Challenge you just need to follow these steps:
- Join Resilient Powell River and get the help you need
- Complete your choice of the following by June 30th, 2021:
- View at least 5 masterclasses in the Business Resilience Program
- Finish the Incubation Masterclass Series in the Program
- Create a business plan to grow that address at least one UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Submit your application before June 30, 2021 for a chance to win the $10,000 prize
